Fitness & Training

Training videos attract strong opinions about form and programming — a comment lands when it adds a concrete observation from the set, not a generic cheer.

Where to comment

Comment on form checks, program reviews, and training logs in the style you actually follow — strength, hypertrophy, running, or mobility — where you can add a real observation from your own training, not on every fitness video that trends.

What good looks like

Add a timestamp, a cue, or a tradeoff you actually faced. Fitness comments get replies when they are specific enough to check against the video.

Example draft

At 4:12 your knees cave on the third rep — I had the same collapse when my stance was too narrow. Did widening your stance fix it, or did you cue knees-out instead?

Edited version

At 4:12 your knees cave on rep three — I had the same collapse with a narrow stance last winter. Did you fix it by widening your stance, or by cueing knees-out?

Why it works

A timestamp plus a personal tradeoff turns an opinion into a checkable observation. It proves you watched the set, and it gives the creator a concrete question to answer.

What not to do

  • • Do not pitch your channel, program, supplement, or coaching link.
  • • Do not give medical advice or diagnose pain or injury for strangers.
  • • Do not comment on fitness videos outside the training you actually do — volume across unrelated routines reads as promotion.

A weekly routine

Three fitness videos a week, one comment each, all in the training style you follow. Track which creators reply, and return to those conversations before chasing new ones.
