1. The Service

1.1 What we provide
YouTube Outreach AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that helps YouTube creators run authentic comment outreach at scale. After you authorize a Google account, the Service reads the YouTube channels you own, maintains a separate target-channel pool for each channel, generates on-topic comments with AI, and queues them for approval or scheduled publishing under the pacing limits you configure. The Service also includes supporting utilities such as thumbnail, transcript, and video-link tools.

1.2 Digital service
The Service is an intangible digital product. Access is enabled once payment is confirmed. Because the service is delivered immediately, refund restrictions apply; see Section 6.

1.3 Third-party dependency
The Service depends on the YouTube Data API v3 and on content supplied by the YouTube platform. Changes to that platform's interfaces, quotas, or policies may affect availability; we will make reasonable efforts to notify users and to keep the Service working.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Account creation
You must provide accurate and complete information to create an account. You are responsible for protecting your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

2.2 Account security

• Contact support@tarelivo.com immediately if you identify unauthorized use.
• Do not share login credentials with a third party.
• Keep your billing email address and your Google authorization current.
• Disconnect any channel you no longer control from the workspace.

3. Subscription Plans

We offer Starter, Pro, and Business plans, each available on a monthly or yearly billing cycle. Current plan details, quota limits, and prices are available on the pricing page. A yearly subscription is charged at ten times the monthly price and covers twelve months. We may change plan features or introduce new plans for a future billing period.

4. Billing and Payment

4.1 Billing cycles and renewal
The price, term, and renewal status of a paid plan are the order details shown by Waffo Pancake before payment. When an order has auto-renewal enabled, you authorize a renewal charge at the displayed price and interval at the end of each billing period. You may stop the next renewal in this site's workspace; doing so does not end your current paid period early or affect access during that period.

4.2 Taxes
Unless stated otherwise, listed prices exclude applicable taxes, including VAT, GST, and sales tax. Where required by law, we will collect and remit relevant taxes.

4.3 Payment processing
Payment card data is processed by Waffo Pancake in its checkout and is not stored on our servers.

5. Paid Periods and Early Termination

5.1 Fixed term
After payment is confirmed, you purchase access for the period shown at checkout. Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in Section 6, a started paid period cannot be ended early, downgraded, or refunded pro rata for unused days. Service continues until that period ends.

5.2 What happens at expiry

• After you stop the next renewal, your account keeps its current plan benefits until the expiry date. It will not be charged again after that date.
• If you do not renew or complete payment for the next period, the subscription expires when the current period ends and automated outreach stops. Your configuration is retained so that you can resubscribe without rebuilding it.
• Account data is retained or deleted under the Privacy Policy.
• This section does not limit any renewal-management method stated at checkout or any non-waivable right under applicable law.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 General policy
Because our digital service is delivered immediately after payment, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except in the circumstances below and where applicable law requires otherwise.

6.2 Refundable circumstances

• Duplicate charge: a duplicate charge caused by a billing error is fully refunded.
• Verified service interruption: if an issue caused by us makes the Service unavailable, we will provide an appropriate remedy based on the actual impact.
• Statutory rights: any cancellation or refund right granted by applicable law remains reserved.

6.3 How to request a refund
Email support@tarelivo.com with your account email, transaction ID, and reason. We will acknowledge the request within two business days and, where approved, return funds to the original method within 5-10 business days.

6.4 Non-refundable items

• Fees for an already used subscription period, except under Section 6.2.
• Refund requests for a yearly subscription more than 30 days after the initial purchase.
• Accounts closed for violating these Terms or the acceptable-use policy in Section 8.

7. Billing Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, email support@tarelivo.com before opening a dispute with your bank. We aim to respond within two business days and resolve confirmed billing errors within five business days.

8. Acceptable Use

8.1 Permitted use
You may use the Service only for lawful, authentic creator outreach that complies with the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including genuine engagement with videos relevant to your own content.

8.2 Prohibited use
You agree not to use the Service to:

• Publish spam, bulk-identical, repetitive, deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, or abusive comments.
• Post comments containing URLs, affiliate links, or any other promotional redirect.
• Buy or manufacture fake engagement, including views, likes, subscribers, or comments.
• Circumvent, or attempt to circumvent, YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, quotas, or rate limits.
• Infringe a third party's intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy rights.
• Bypass or interfere with Service security features, quota enforcement, or the AI quality gate.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written approval.
• Violate applicable laws or regulations, including anti-spam and data-protection laws.

We may pause automated publishing, suspend, or terminate an account that breaches this section. Where the breach is material, termination may occur without refund in line with Section 6.4.

9. Data, Privacy, and Security

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Google OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest, payment card data is processed exclusively by Waffo Pancake, and we do not sell your personal information.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that YouTube will accept, retain, or display any comment published through the Service, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10.2 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost channel reach, or account actions taken by YouTube. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to a claim.

11. Term and Termination

These Terms remain effective while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account for a material breach, suspected fraud, or where required by law. If we end the Service for a reason not caused by your breach, we will refund the unused prepaid portion on a pro-rata basis. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@tarelivo.com, and you may revoke our access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Before starting formal proceedings, please email support@tarelivo.com to seek an informal resolution.

13. General Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use means acceptance. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and us.
